We understand that sudden emergencies in life happen that may require cancellation of your appointment. please allow a 24 notice of any cancellations you need. this allows us to fill that time slot for another client on our waiting list for that day!
after a "no call, No show'' missed appointment, unfortunately you will no longer be allowed to take advantage of any specials or coupons we have have available. we also will not be able to confirm an appointment for you for a future date and time, but you are free to call day of and see if we have openings available at that time. thank you for understanding!
